GH's Vinessa Antoine and Anthony Montgomery Are Back Together

Just like in a soap opera, the real life relationship of GENERAL HOSPITAL alums Vinessa Antoine (ex-Jordan) and Anthony Montgomery (ex-Andre) has taken another turn! The pair first went public with the news that they were dating back in February of 2018, and then in June, she announced that she was single again. But less than a couple weeks later, she revealed that they’re back on again! “When they say that relationships are ‘work’ I believe what they mean is we have to be willing to ‘work’ on ourselves,” Antoine explained. “We have to be willing to take a look at our past and present experiences in this life and see what needs cleaning up. We’re doing the work. And it’s worth it.

“Anthony and I keep our relationship pretty private for the most part and so sharing ‘us’ with y’all has been an interesting journey,” the actress continued. “I just want to express how important it is to let go of past hurts, old ways, and bad relationships. For me, as a single mom with trust issues and insecurities, the work will always continue. It ain’t easy you guys, but nobody said it would be easy. Just that it would be worth it. This is grown folks business. I love this man. And so the journey continues.”

On Twitter, Montgomery responded to Antoine’s post with a simple “I love you” capped off by a heart emoji that basically said it all.

Since leaving GH, Antoine has been starring in the Canadian drama series DIGGSTOWN, which is just about to go into production on its second season. Montgomery has been appearing as Garner in the OWN primetime series GREENLEAF as well as the film #Truth.

Romance wasn’t in the cards for Jordan and Andre on GH, but Antoine and Montgomery make a great couple as you can see from their romantic photos in the gallery below.
