GENERAL HOSPITAL’s Erin Chambers Welcomes Baby Boy!
Congratulations to Erin Chambers and her husband Carson McKay on the birth of their beautiful baby boy, Roan James!

The actress, best known to daytime fans from her stints as GENERAL HOSPITAL’s Siobhan and THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS’ Melanie, welcomed Roan into the world on June 2 at 7:15 p.m.. He weighed 7 lbs., 4 oz, and was 20.5” long. “We are in love!” Chambers tells Soaps In Depth.

As for the infant’s name, she explains: “Roan is Celtic and Gaelic is origin, and is a variation of the name Rowan, which means ‘little red one.’ We are hoping he’s a redhead like his mama!”
