Who Is Nina’s Daughter on GENERAL HOSPITAL? — Here Are the Most Likely Possibilities!

Valentine's sleuthing discovered a young woman named Sasha, who according to the DNA tests was definitely Nina's long-lost daughter. Nina herself was overjoyed to learn the news and get to know her child, but it was soon revealed that Sasha and Valentin were pulling the wool over her eyes and when the truth came out it was just devastating. But could there be an additional twist that turns the lie back into the truth?

Despite Ava's claims that she was Kiki's mother, viewers remembered when she lied about Franco being her father, so they remained suspicious. And since Kiki's father turned out to be Dr. Silas Clay... who was also the father of Nina's lost daughter, that just seemed like too big of a coincidence to ignore. Unfortunately, despite Kiki being many fans' number one pick, the character's shocking murder took her right out of the running. Not to say she couldn't posthumously be revealed as Nina's daughter, but where would the story go from there?

Introduced as Aiden's teacher, Willow also turned out to be the birth mother of Wiley, the baby that Brad and Lucas adopted that passed away in his crib. And a great many fans remain convinced that Willow is also Nina's long-lost daughter!

Another popular fan theory is that Nelle is Nina's long-lost daughter. Given how mentally unstable Nina was when she first emerged from her coma, there are definitely some similarities between the two! And with Nelle now working for Nina, it seems a fine time to reveal a previously-unknown connection between the two!

Nurse Amy is also in the right age range to be Nina's kid, and it would be wonderful if that's where the twists and turns went because it would give the talented Risa Dorken a real storyline to play... something she hasn't had in ages!

Sure, Nurse Francesca looked like a character who was only around for a couple of episodes to go on a date with Michael and be scared off by Nelle, but then she popped back into the scene to reveal that she, too, had been sexually harassed by Dr. Bensch. So why couldn't this lovely young woman turn out to be Nina and Silas' baby? (We can totally see the resemblance to Michael Easton!)

Although there are more than enough potential suspects in Port Charles already, there's always the possibility that someone new will be introduced to the canvas to play Nina's daughter. However, given the size of GH's cast, it's unlikely they'll want to add to it even more. Plus, it's way more dramatic to have it revealed to be someone we already know, so this one is probably the least likely of all options.
