THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL is Going to Australia!

A thirtieth birthday party merits grand plans, and THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL has announced that it will soon celebrate its big “3-0” with a trip back to Australia!

Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke) was among four cast members who originally traveled with the show to Sydney a decade ago, but this time around, the actress will return Down Under with nearly half of the B&B cast in what promises to be an exciting overseas extravaganza.

“Celebrating the big news!” Lang tweeted with a pic of her and castmate Rena Sofer (Quinn) waving Aussie flags.

B&B revealed that Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (Steffy), Scott Clifton (Liam), Don Diamont (Bill), Thorsten Kaye (Ridge), John McCook (Eric), Sofer and Australian-born actress Ashleigh Brewer (Ivy) will all be in Sydney the week of February 12 to film what could amount to two weeks’ worth of episodes. Though the show didn’t specify when the Australian footage would ultimately air, it will likely coincide with the soap’s March 23 anniversary.

The trip, which has been in the works for more than a year, will afford Sydney a chance to show off some of its scenic treasures to the world while also giving the show an opportunity to connect with its hundreds of thousands of Australian viewers. B&B routinely takes advantage of its status as the most watched soap opera on earth to travel abroad, having previously filmed in Italy, France, The Netherlands and the Middle East.
