Happy Birthday to THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS Star Lauralee Bell — See Her Fun Backstage Photos!

Best wishes to THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS star Lauralee Bell (Christine), who celebrates her birthday today!

Bell’s parents, William J. Bell and Lee Phillip Bell, created Y&R and gave their daughter a small role in 1983. A few years later, that became a contract role and young model “Cricket” became lawyer Christine.

Bell opted to drop from contract to recurring status on Y&R in 2005, although she did play Christine for a short run on THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL in 2007. In 2010, the actress returned to Y&R, though still in a recurring capacity.

In 2016, Bell received a Daytime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress, but actually took home the trophy in 2014 for producing the web series mI promise, which won Outstanding Special Class Short Format Daytime.

Bell married photographer Scott Martin in 1997, and they have two children, Christian, 15, and Samantha, 14.

Bell has also appeared in primetime series like DIAGNOSIS MURDER, WALKER, TEXAS RANGER, and CASTLE, but will always call Y&R home.

See just how much fun Bell has with her Y&R co-stars on set, backstage, at fan events — pretty much everywhere — in her gallery of selfies below!
