GENERAL HOSPITAL Celebrates 15,000 Episodes — See the Party Pics!

The 15,000th episode of GENERAL HOSPITAL has been bumped around the schedule and is currently scheduled to air on Tuesday, June 21, but the cast and crew actually celebrated the taping of it all the way back on May 12!

“What an incredible milestone for GH,” marveled Finola Hughes (Anna) as she shared a photo of the assembled cast and crew attending the party. “An extraordinary 15,000 episodes in the can. This family has been creating stories together for almost 60 years, and you, our audience, have stayed with us. It is a beautiful, extraordinary accomplishment. Thank you for continuing to give us a place in your hearts.”

Even GH newcomer Jophielle Love (Violet) shared in the joy of the celebration. “I have only done 70 of these and it feels like a long time to me!” the little cutie declared on Instagram. “I also feel very lucky to be a part of this amazing family! I can’t wait to get to know everyone as I get new scenes in the show!”
