GH Alum Andrea Bogart Celebrates Daughter Emerie’s Fifth Birthday — See How She’s Grown!
Please join us in wishing a very happy birthday to Emerie, the super cute daughter of GENERAL HOSPITAL alum Andrea Bogart (ex-Abby)! “Happy fifth birthday, Emerie!” the actress cheered on Instagram. “We knew getting to be parents would be so amazing but getting to be your parents is beyond what we could have dreamed of.
“I love every little morsel of the little person you are,” Bogart continued. “Your creative imagination, the way you see treasures everywhere, the awe and wonder you bring to the present moment, the colorful array of emotions, the independence and strength you display, being a protective, goofy, loving big sister, your compassion for others, the amazing questions you always ask, your silly songs and words you make up, your big, big heart that always brings so much joy to our days. Watching you grow is life’s greatest adventure. We are blessed to be a part of your world.”
GH fans remember Bogart from her 2010-01 run as Abby Haver on the soap. While fans enjoyed her pairing with Chad Duell’s Michael, Abby sadly met a tragic fate. The actress tied the knot with husband Erik Almas on June 23, 2018, almost one year after they welcomed their first child, Emerie. Bogart announced her second pregnancy in March 2021 and on June 2, gave birth to little Audrey.
Bogart couldn’t resist sharing a snap of Emerie’s big day with the five-year-old enjoying her delicious-looking cake. “Celebrating you is so much fun!” the proud mom declared. “We’ve all been warned how fast the years with our children pass by… I keep looking for Em’s ‘pause button.’ Any other parents in disbelief about their babies about to start kindergarten or whatever grade they may be entering?”
