GH’s Laura Wright Had the Best Vacation — See the Amazing Photos!

Since the production of GENERAL HOSPITAL goes on hiatus for several weeks each July, it’s the perfect time for the soap’s cast to take a vacation. And GH star Laura Wright (Carly) certainly made the most of her summer break this year by taking a two-week trip with beau Wes Ramsey (ex-Peter) in Colorado!

Wright and Ramsey started their Colorado adventure in Steamboat Springs just before Independence Day, spending some quality time with his brother, Warren, his wife, Ali, and their two adorable daughters, as well as Ramsey’s parents, Linda and Bill. For the second half of their vacation, Wright and Ramsey headed to Fort Collins to visit the actress’ son, LJ, who is studying at Colorado State University.

Although the end of the trip wasn’t great — Wright tested positive for COVID and was isolating in Fort Collins — it looks like she and Ramsey had a great time during their getaway based on the photos she shared on Instagram!

With her waders on, Wright headed into the river for some catch-and-release fishing. “My first time flyfishing!” she exclaimed, showing off her catch. “Such an incredible day on the river! I caught 5 —the 6th and biggest got away!”
