Vanessa Marcil Pays Tribute to Her Fiancé — See Their Most Romantic Pics!

When it came to thanking those who served our country on Veterans Day this year, GENERAL HOSPITAL alum Vanessa Marcil (ex-Brenda) had to look no further than the man with whom she shares her home and life: her fiancé. The actress only ever refers to her partner as MC, presumably to protect his privacy, but she often posts on Instagram about her deep love for the veteran of the United States Air Force who served in Iraq. And Veterans Day 2021 was no different.

“Happy Veterans Day to this beautifully flawed and brave man,” the GH alum opened her tribute to MC, who is now a law enforcement officer in California. “Thank you for your service in the war and your continued service back home.”

The actress didn’t just thank MC for his years in the armed forces, however. She also wanted her followers to know how wonderful he is as a role model to the two teenagers in their blended family — her son Kassius, and MC’s daughter, Riley. “What an example of a father who shows up no matter what and a lover who isn’t afraid to fail or apologize,” she continued in her post about her long-time love. “My love for you grows by the year.

“With you… the honeymoon phase comes with time as we truly get to know who each other are in the good times and the bad,” Marcil concluded, as she let her partner know just how blessed she was to have him by her side. “It is who we are in the face of adversity that shows our true character. I’m so grateful to have you on our team. I love you MC.”
