Brytni Sarpy and Bryton James Celebrate Their First Anniversary

Congratulations to THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS stars Bryton James (Devon) and Brytni Sarpy (Elena), who are celebrating their first anniversary! “Feels like forever and just yesterday at the same damned time,” Sarpy shared on Instagram with a sweet photo of the couple. “Happy one year, Bryton.” To which he replied, “ti amo di più,” which means “I love you more.”

Over on his own Instagram page, James shared another photo from their same day out at the beach and wrote, “To spend one with the One feels like I’ve won.” Continuing the wordplay, Sarpy responded, “Real eyes realize real lies” followed by some laughing emojis. 

After leaving GENERAL HOSPITAL, where she played the role of Valerie Spencer, Sarpy joined the cast of Y&R in February 2019 as the newly-created character of Elena Dawson and found herself working opposite James as Devon’s new love interest on the soap. By the end of May, the two actors found themselves falling in love, and the rest is history!
