Egan seemed surprised when she arrived at the home where the shower was held.

Katrosar gave his wife a big kiss and presented her with a gorgeous bouquet of flowers.

Guests were treated to adorable baby-themed cookies in the shapes of a pram, rattle, onesie — and baby bottles with edible images of Mom and Dad as babies themselves!

Posterboards featured numbered photos of Egan and Katrosar through the years — perhaps a party game for the mom-to-be’s guests to play during the bash?

“Thank you to these beautiful angels for throwing me the most perfect baby shower,” the actress shared on Instagram of hostesses Carol, Alison, and Christy.

Hostess Christy — who is Egan’s cousin, as the actress indicated in her Instagram story — gave the mom-to-be a big belly hug as they stood in front of a festive balloon arch.

Guests decorated white onesies for Baby Boy K at the shower... and proud grandma Mary — Egan’s mom — really nailed it!

Egan’s TV mom, Catherine Bach (ex-Anita, Y&R), was one of the guests who showered the guest of honor with diapers and baby clothes for her little boy.
