Lordy, Lordy, Look Who’s 40! THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS star Melissa Ordway (Abby) turned 40 years old on March 31, and celebrated her big birthday with a country-themed bash on April 1!

Since Ordway and her family spend part of their time at their home outside of Nashville, Tennessee, it’s fitting that her birthday party was held at The Nashville Palace, a traditional country music venue. Surrounded by her family and friends, the birthday girl wore a sparkling silver mini dress, iridescent hot pink cowboy boots, a pink bandanna, and a black cowboy hat trimmed in rhinestones for her bash.

“Boot scootin’ boogie-ing into 40,” the Y&R actress captioned one of several photo galleries from her party, borrowing the title of the song “Boot Scootin’ Boogie” by country music duo Brooks & Dunn.

The Gastons marked the occasion of a fun night out by taking a photo with their good friends, Anthony and Christine Pasqualone. “Happy Birthday Melissa! Truly, I don’t think turning 40 has ever looked so good. We love you big time!” wrote Christine.
