Lisa LoCicero Wants Dominic Zamprogna to Return to GENERAL HOSPITAL

Fans aren’t the only ones who would love to see Dominic Zamprogna return to GENERAL HOSPITAL as Dante — his TV mother, Lisa LoCicero (Olivia) wants her boy back in her life, too! The actors had a cute exchange on Twitter after a fan shared a photo of them together with Tamara Braun (ex-Kim) and Garren Stitt (Oscar). “Moms and their sons!” LoCicero responded. “Love it!”

Zamprogna, who joined GH in 2009 and left in 2018, returned in March of 2019 for a brief stint before Dante was written out with PTSD from his undercover work that forced him to go into hiding from his loved ones. So he couldn’t resist tweeting back at his TV mom to joke: “Not that you’ve even remotely tried to find me.”

Locicero, who has been playing Olivia Falconeri since 2008, replied back to Zamprogna that Liv definitely misses her boy. “If I had a dollar for the number of times I’ve turned slowly to the camera, dropped a tear and begged someone not to ‘give up on my boy…'” she posted, “I’d buy you some pie at Kelly’s, because it was only like, five times.” In response, Zamprogna teased: “So five camera looks with tears worth of love and effort?”

She quickly responded with a suggestion that their twitter followers loved. “Come back in a coma, honey!” LoCicero declared. “I’m sure you’ll get your 100th weepy monologue outta me? I miss you!”

However Dante returns to Port Charles, fans would definitely love to see him back, especially if Zamprogna was willing to reprise the role again. Whether or not that happens remains to be seen, but with all the twists and turns in daytime, anything is possible!
