GENERAL HOSPITAL Spoilers 1/6/20 — Nikolas Makes His Move!

The drama explodes in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers and nothing will be the same! Nikolas’ big return from the dead has everyone buzzing with questions, but Nina still has her own bomb to drop. And the teens have some drama of their own as Cam gets annoyed with Trina and Dev and Joss grow closer.

Trina and Cameron’s friendship hits a bit of a snag when she gets involved in something he wishes she hadn’t. “Why couldn’t you have just stayed out of it?” he shouts. Meanwhile, Dev promises Josslyn that after everything she’s gone through over the past year, things will definitely be looking up. “This year’s going to be a lot better for you, Josslyn,” he smiles. Is Dev planning to make sure that happens?

Nikolas crashing Nina and Valentin’s wedding to reveal that he’s alive turned everything upside down and left plenty of unanswered questions. “Where has Nikolas been all this time?” Maxie asks Peter. And as everyone reels with the shock, Lulu makes an accusation. “You were behind this,” she yells. “Weren’t you?”

But Nina has some surprises of her own still as she fills Valentin in on the truth. “I knew it was you all along,” she declares. And Nikolas is finally ready to take back the Cassadine legacy that was stolen from him. “You lose everything!” he announces.
