AMC Starlet Books SHOWTIME Pilot

Ambyr Childers (Colby, ALL MY CHILDREN) and That Thing You Do! actor Johnathon Schaech are the latest stars to sign on for the SHOWTIME drama pilot RAY DONOVAN. Liev Schreiber headlines the show in the title role as Los Angeles’ best professional “trouble shooter,” the man called in to solve the complicated, confidential and controversial problems of the city’s elite. Childers has snagged the role of Ashley Rucker, a young starlet under Ray’s protection and Schaech will play a major movie star with a mysterious connection to his past. Other cast members include Jon Voight and Elliott Gould. Production will begin in Los Angeles later this month.
