Are the Soaps on Today? — Everything You Need to Know About the Impeachment Preemptions

Soap fans are always upset when breaking news unexpectedly interrupts their favorite daytime dramas, but as the second presidential impeachment hearing takes place in the Senate beginning on Feb. 9, those interruptions are to be expected.
