GENERAL HOSPITAL’s Michelle Stafford (Nina) and Kirsten Storms (Maxie) stopped by daytime chat show FABLife to dish about the soap!
During the interview, Storms admitted that being a soap star is a very unique experience. “Because GH airs every day and we’re in their living rooms five days a week,” she explained, “they really think we are our characters. And I get addressed as Maxie all the time. So it’s an interesting aspect to working in daytime.”
And Stafford revealed she’s been a fan of GH for a long time! “The first episode I saw as Luke and Laura dancing in the mall,” she confessed.
Then FABLife co-host Leah Ashley challenged the actresses to repeat back mundane phrases as super-dramatic soap opera dialogue, and they were able to stifle their laughter just long enough to pull it off!
