Parry Shen Celebrates His 200th Episode on GENERAL HOSPITAL

Tags:

Congratulations to Parry Shen, who is celebrating a big landmark in his career playing Brad Cooper at GENERAL HOSPITAL! “Hit a personal milestone today and filmed my 200th episode!” he announced on Instagram. “Originally planned for four episodes, it’s been a fantastic journey with storylines I’d never fathom being a part of! Thanks for comin’ along for the ride!”

Shen made his debut as the scheming lab tech back in May of 2013, and has gotten mixed up in all kinds of drama since then. In addition to his regular availability to tamper with lab tests, be they DNA, pregnancy, or whatever, Brad has also gotten mixed up in a love triangle with Felix and Lucas and his friendship with Britt became an instant fan-favorite. It looked like Brad had turned over a new leaf when he fell in love with and married Lucas, but in his grief over the death of their newly-adopted baby, he made an ill-advised baby swap with Nelle that is threatening to blow his entire life out of the water.

We love the way Shen “enhanced” his Instagram photos with the glasses and props, and we probably aren’t the only ones hoping that he does indeed make that 300 episode milestone just to see him recreate that final image in the gallery! Stay tuned to see Shen continue to play the character fans love to hate and for more on your favorite GH stars, keep reading the ABC edition of Soaps In Depth magazine.
