Roger Howarth brings Todd Manning back to Port Charles on today’s episode of GENERAL HOSPITAL to help his daughter, Starr, and ABC is celebrating his return by having the Emmy winner host a live Twitter chat during the soap’s East Coast broadcast! Fans can submit questions @generalhospital and receive real-time answers from Howarth from 3:00-4:00 p.m. ET.
