OLTL Alum Heads Up The Yankees

Tags:

As the evil Prince Roland of Mendorra on ONE LIFE TO LIVE in the early 1990s, Joseph Kalinski was quite the devilish character. But starting tonight, March 7, he’ll be playing a man who makes a deal with the devil in the Paper Mill Playhouse production of Damn Yankees! Kalinski — who just finished a successful run in the Broadway revival of Follies — stars as Joe Boyd in the musical, which tells the tale of a baseball fan who makes a devilish deal for the chance to take his beloved Washington Senators to victor over the “damn Yankees” in return for his soul. But as the Senators’ statistics begin to soar, Joe realizes that he’s losing his wife and looks for a loophole to get out of the exchange.

Damn Yankees will run at the Paper Mill Playhouse in Millburn, NJ, through Sunday, April 1. For tickets, visit www.papermill.org.
