Congratulations to Ashley Jones (Bridget, THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL), who recently married boyfriend Joel Henricks!
Jones, who can currently be seen on GENERAL HOSPITAL as Parker, tells Soaps In Depth that they tied the knot in a quiet courtroom wedding. “It was just one of those things that we wanted to do,” she says. “I have quite a few friends who have done that. We’ll have a ceremony and party later, but the actual legality [is handled].”
In addition to the reception, there’s also the matter of a honeymoon to plan! “I’m not sure where we’re going to squeeze that in,” Jones admits. “We are going to try to do it, but then work came up, which is always good.”
Jones not only got herself a husband, but also a family in Henricks’ young son, Huck. “I’ve been around a lot of children, but once it’s your journey and you have a human being in front of you and you want to become his friend and a guiding force in his life, it’s daunting,” she confesses. “It’s totally different and very real.”
