Catch up With AS THE WORLD TURNS Alum Peter Boynton

Catch up with AS THE WORLD TURNS alum Peter Boynton during a live chat in The Locher Room on Thursday, March 9, at 3 p.m. ET!

Actor and musician Boynton formed his first band in the sixth grade and after graduating from the University of Amherst with a degree in music theory/composition, he headed to New York City where he enjoyed roles in national tours, regional theatre, Broadway and Off-Broadway, TV specials, soaps, and movies. Aside from his popular turn as the villainous Tonio Reyes on ATWT, other highlights of his career include the 1995 revival of the Broadway musical She Loves Me, and a featured role in the horror movie Hellraiser III.

From 1996 to 2019, Boynton produced, directed, and performed in stage musicals held in a renovated dairy barn on his property in Vermont. He moved there to raise his young daughter, which led to his career change to education. Boynton has produced and directed musicals at the local high school while also teaching acting and directing classes at Burlington College.
