Tunie played attorney Jessica Griffin on ATWT from 1987 through 2009, and during that time also had major roles on primetime series like NYPD BLUE, 24, BLUE BLOOD, DIETLAND, ALMOST FAMILY, and LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT. She could also be seen on the big screen in films like Wall Street, Eve’s Bayou, The Peacemaker, The Devil’s Advocate, and Flight. She can currently be seen in the Netflix series COWBOY BEBOP.
Tunie will be reminiscing about her time in Oakdale as well as her new starring role in the upcoming movie A Journal for Jordan, the new film by Denzel Washington opening this Christmas. In addition, she will be narrating a documentary about the domestic assault on the Capitol for PBS titled Preserving Democracy, Pursuing a More Perfect Union. So she’ll have plenty to talk about.
