DAYS Names Aussie Finalists!

More than 300 actors entered the DAYS OF OUR LIVES “Search For A Star” Australian talent hunt, held in conjunction with Arena, the network that airs the soap Down Under. Last week, the three finalists — Tom Dalzell, Andrew Steel and Alexander Bruszt — did a screen test at the soap’s Los Angeles studio for the role of Fynn, a rugged doctor who arrives in Salem to do his residency under Dr. Daniel Jonas.

The winner is expected to be announced this week, and the lucky gent will be awarded a 13-week contract with the soap. He’ll make his Salem debut in late October, coinciding with DAYS’ 50th Anniversary.
