Battle Moonlights On The Silver Screen!
If you happen to see a little less of Texas Battle (Marcus) on THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL in the next month or so, don’t worry the actor isn’t going anywhere! No, he’s just been out filming a movie!
Battle will be appearing in the sports biopic Greater, the tragic story of college football star Brandon Burlsworth killed in a car accident. “Texas took a short break to film the movie,” a show rep tells In Depth, “but he remains a part of the B&B cast.”
Battle will be playing one of Burlsworth’s Arkansas Razorbacks teammates, wide receiver Anthony Lucas, who recently praised the actor’s performance on a radio show earlier this summer! Also, GUIDING LIGHT alum Mark Dobies (Noah) will be portraying Razorbacks head coach Houston Nutt. Look for Greater to release sometime in 2014.
