Riegel Is A Mom!

Congratulations to a very overdue Eden Riegel (Heather, THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS), who became a first-time mother over the weekend! The actress and her husband, television writer Andrew Miller — and executive producer of the upcoming CW supernatural series THE SECRET CIRCLE — welcomed son Jack Oscar Miller on Saturday, May 21. “Born 4:07 PM, 8 lbs. 14 oz., 22 inches long,” she tweeted. “He’s gorgeous!”

In a joint statement to Daytime Confidential, the new parents joked, “Please believe when we say that his birth has nothing whatsoever to do with the Rapture today. I swear. Our son is not the Messiah. Seriously. He’s just an average kid. Well, maybe not ‘average’ but…”
