SURVIVOR Stars To Appear On THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS
Don’t look now, but Genoa City will be getting a dose of reality when Jeremy Collins and Joe Anglim, contestants from SURVIVOR: CAMBODIA, make cameo appearances on THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS on Wednesday, January 27!
Collins — the Massachusetts firefighter who ultimately won the competition — and Anglim — who became known as the show’s resident hottie — will be getting their coffee fix at Crimson Lights, which will put them directly in the path of Nick Newman.
For Joshua Morrow, who plays the hunk, this will be a dream come true, since he’s a self-described SURVIVOR fanatic. “I’m obsessed with this show!” he tells Soaps In Depth. “I’ve invested so much energy and thought into this game. I always wonder whether I could do it, whether I’d be able to hold up.
“I’d love to do it,” Morrow adds, “but not a celebrity version. I’d grow a beard and do a terrible mohawk, and go by the name J.J. Hopefully, no one would know who I was. I’ll go to my grave wondering if I could have won — because anything less than the championship would kill me!”
