THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL’s Jacob Young Prepares For Baby Number Three

In just a few months, THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL’s Jacob Young (Rick) and his wife, Christen, will welcome a new baby girl to join big brother Luke, 7, and big sister Molly, 2. The stork won’t be landing in Los Angeles, however, since a little less than a year ago the family relocated from Southern California to a small town in northern Utah.

“We’d been talking about moving someplace else for a long time, and we spent a lot of time doing research until we found the right spot,” says Young, who commutes back-and-forth to L.A. for work.

We recently caught up with the actor about life apart from Hollywood’s hustle and bustle and about the preparations being made for the newest member of the family, including the all-important question: Is it time to start driving a minivan?

“We’ve thought about that,” Young says with a laugh. “The kids would currently fit in our smaller SUV, but we definitely are going to have to upgrade to something a little bigger.”
