THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS’ Michael Muhney Injured in Racing Accident
Michael Muhney (ex-Adam, THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS) is recovering after a serious bicycling accident on Saturday!
The actor posted some photographs of his injuries after taking a spill during a bike race in Southern California with just four miles to go — and he was in the top three at the time!

Muhney later reported that he’d suffered a concussion, and was grateful his fans for their well wishes. “A little stiff and sore now,” he posted, “but doing well considering I hit the asphalt at 32 mph! Thanks for the good vibes!”
He also got some sympathy in the most adorable way from his three-year-old son, Truman, who drew “boo boos” like his dad’s on his legs and limped around the house!

“I embrace the moments in life when I get knocked down,” Muhney said. “It makes me wiser, more careful and ultimately stronger.”
