Y&R and B&B Preempted Tuesday and Wednesday Again This Week

We’ve got some bad news and some good news. The bad news is that THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS and THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL will be preempted again on Tuesday, April 26, and Wednesday, April 27, for West Coast viewers. The good news is that the UEFA Champions League tournament that keeps causing these preemptions is nearly over! This week is the first of two legs of the semi-final and the final is right around the corner!

The reason these particular interruptions are so annoying for viewers is that they are not national preemptions that bump the day’s episodes to the next available time slot. While the other time zones are able to watch Y&R and B&B during their regular times, fans on the West Coast are forced to stream the shows online via CBS.com or Paramount+ in order to stay on top of all the drama.

And with Genoa City reeling from Rey’s sudden death and Diane’s resurrection on Y&R and Sheila worrying that Steffy will remember what really happened the night of the shooting on B&B, there’s a lot of drama fans won’t want to miss!

So if you happen to live on the West Coast, please remember that Y&R and B&B will be preempted in your area for two days this week. But don’t worry — that tournament is almost over!
