One of the biggest secrets of the time jump is about to be revealed in these DAYS OF OUR LIVES spoilers! Victor and Xander have desperately been trying to keep everyone from finding out that they swapped Kristen and Sarah’s babies, but the truth always comes out… and this could get ugly!
When Sarah gave birth following the car accident, her baby girl died at the hospital, but Xander and Victor plotted to swap her infant with Kristen’s, who had survived her traumatic birth. “Sarah’s never gonna find out her baby died that night,” Xander vowed. However, secrets always seem to have a way of coming out and a tiny little detail is going to blow up into a massive explosion of drama!
“Rachel had a birthmark on the back of her neck,” Brady recalls of the little girl that he and Kristen mourned. And at the hospital with Mickey while she recovers from the life-saving bone marrow transplant, Sarah tickles the baby as she remarks, “I didn’t even notice that little birthmark.” Then, when Nicole and Eric pay a visit to Baby Mickey, she makes a startling discovery. “What’s that on her neck?” Nicole asks as she leans over the crib. Suddenly her eyes go wide as she realizes the horrible truth. The question is, what will she do with it?
