Blake Berris Teases His New Character on DAYS!
If you saw the explosive trailer for what’s coming up on DAYS OF OUR LIVES this winter, then you probably saw someone who looked a lot like Nick Fallon back to stir up trouble in Salem. The thing is, that’s not Nick! Nope, that’s a brand-new character named Everett, who will be stirring up brand-new drama in town!
But Everett will look very familiar to longtime fans because he’s being played by Blake Berris, who originally played Nick Fallon starting back in November 2006. Although that villainous character has made a couple of ghostly appearances following his violent demise in 2014, the soap has cast Berris as a whole new troublemaker so he can return to the show alive and kicking!
“I am so excited to be rejoining the cast of DAYS and bringing this new character by [headwriter] Ron Carlivati to life,” Berris enthused on Instagram. “Everett is a huge departure from Nick Fallon and a total dream come true to play as an actor. This story is a wild ride, so buckle your seatbelts. I would freak my wife out while she was driving because I was so shocked reading scripts.”
From the winter preview trailer, Stephanie doesn’t seem happy to see Everett again, but the guy also has a connection to another Salem resident — he’s Jada’s ex-husband! So viewers can look forward to plenty of juicy drama ahead!
