Brandon Barash Introduces His New Girlfriend, Isabella Devoto
Making it Instagram official! DAYS OF OUR LIVES star Brandon Barash (Jake) is a smitten boyfriend! In a sweet snapshot posted to social media, the smiling actor posed with the new lady in his life, their arms around each other. He adorably captioned the photo “lucky fella” and tagged Isabella Devoto. In the comments section, Barash’s new girlfriend sweetly wrote, “And I’m the luckiest lady,” emphasizing her declaration with a heart emoji.
The beaming new couple received plenty of well-wishes from fans, with one viewer cheekily writing that “Kate will be jealous” — referring to Jake and Kate’s secret affair on DAYS. (That clandestine relationship, by the way, will undoubtedly be complicated now that Jake’s ex, Gabi, is back in the mix!)
Barash — who played GENERAL HOSPITAL junior mobster Johnny Zacchara before taking on the role of DAYS’ Stefan and twin brother Jake — had previously been married to his GH co-star Kirsten Storms (Maxie). The former couple met and fell in love with one another while working together on the set of the ABC soap. They eloped in an impromptu Las Vegas ceremony in June of 2013 and welcomed daughter Harper Rose in January 2014. Even after divorcing in 2016, Barash and Storms have remained good friends, successfully co-parenting Harper. The trio frequently spends time together as a family, coming together for events like day trips to Disneyland, Harper’s kindergarten graduation, and at-home coronavirus haircuts.
