Jen Lilley Stars in Royally Wrapped For Christmas

Tags:

This Thanksgiving weekend, soap alum Jen Lilley (ex-Theresa, DAYS OF OUR LIVES; ex-Maxie, GENERAL HOSPITAL) invites you to travel with her to the fictional kingdom of Veronia for her latest holiday film, Royally Wrapped For Christmas! “We had so much fun on this set, and I know you and your family will have so much fun watching Royally Wrapped For Christmas,” she enthused on Instagram.

The romantic holiday film debuts on cable network GAC Family on Saturday, November 27, at 8 p.m., and starts off with an unfortunate case of mistaken identity between Lilley’s Lindsay and Brendan Fehr’s Aiden! New Yorker Lindsay is the director of an international charity organization dedicated to giving toys to the less fortunate at Christmastime. The company is run by the royal family of Veronia, so when the opportunity to oversee the entire foundation comes her way, Lindsay heads overseas to interview for the position. After bumping into a charming man named Aiden, Lindsay is shocked to later learn that he is actually a member of the royal family — and technically, one of her bosses!

“I always love the scene where I find out he’s a prince,” Lilley confessed in a behind-the-scenes video for the movie. As Lindsay is put through the interview process, she and Aiden fall in love with one another — but will true love conquer all? “He’s set to be king and she’s a commoner,” teases the GH and DAYS alum. “And that is all I will say.”

In the week leading up to the film’s debut, Lilley shared on Instagram a behind-the-scenes video of all the fun she had on the set of Royally Wrapped For Christmas. From dancing in the street to fluffing a Christmas tree to tasting the delicious sweet treats, it looks like Lilley and Fehr had a blast making this adorable movie!
