GH’s Ashton Arbab Reveals His Special Mother’s Day Plans (EXCLUSIVE)

Young GENERAL HOSPITAL star Ashton Arbab (Dev) may just be his mother’s biggest fan. “I would describe my mom as the smartest, the kindest, the most beautiful mother in the world who would do anything for the people she loves,” he raved to Soaps In Depth. “She works so hard for me and my family. She’s the best!”

Constance keeps her young actor/musician son focused on his dreams — without letting him get too big for his britches! She taught him to “stay humble and kind and never give up on my goals,” he said. And not for nothing, the teen would love to pick up some of her kitchen magic. “One quality of my mother’s that I wish I possessed more is her ability to cook the greatest food with a touch of love. Her specialty is her coconut-curry Thai food. It’s amazing!”

On Sundays, Arbab usually hangs out with his mom, just doing a puzzle and watching movies. But on Mother’s Day, the crooner mixes up their weekly tradition. “I write her a song, play it on my guitar, and sing it to her,” Arbab said. “Then we go to the mall, I take her shopping, and we go see a movie.” While they can’t go out this year, he said, “Mother’s Day will still be the same — eating a family lunch and dinner and enjoying a nice movie together with hot cocoa.”
