GH's Briana Nicole Henry Is Still Getting Used to Being a Soap Star

As she celebrated her first anniversary with GENERAL HOSPITAL, Briana Nicole Henry (Jordan) is still surprised when she gets recognized in the real world. “It’s crazy. I’m still getting used to the fact that I’m on TV a couple times a week,” she admitted to Soaps In Depth. “I forget people even know who I am most days.”

That makes for some very funny moments — like her recent fan encounter at the airport. “Something was happening at security and this woman in line says, ‘I love the show,’” Henry recounted. “And I thought she was talking about the drama that was happening at security. So I was like ‘Oh I know, I love me some entertainment!’ Her husband was like ‘No, no, no, she loves GH. She loves your character.’ Ohhh! It was so sweet. She looked so excited. And I’m still at the place where it’s like, ‘Am I that exciting to meet?’ I’m glad somebody cares.”
