GH's Cassandra James Stars in 'A Christmas Sunset'

Soap stars are always showing up in holiday movies, and now GENERAL HOSPITAL’s Cassandra James (Terry) has one of her own! “My holiday surprise!” she shared on Twitter with a clip from the film. “A Christmas Sunset is out now on Amazon Prime!”

In the film, James plays Zoe, one of five friends who get together for a holiday dinner just two years after the friend that linked them all has passed away. When they discover that he has left behind his journal, their friendships are tested over the course of one emotional and dramatic evening.

Written and directed by T.C. De Witt and James Burzelic the cast also includes De Witt, Courtney Locks, Alex Mauga, Matt Rasku, Dani Scott, and Kalan Tauck. A Christmas Sunset is currently available to stream on Amazon Prime.

Since making her daytime debut on GH back in June 2018, James made a guest appearance in an episode of the Canadian legal drama DIGGSTOWN — which stars former GH castmate Vinessa Antoine (ex-Jordan) — and has appeared in multiple episodes of the new HBO Max series SORT OF.
