Chad Duell and Luana Lucci Show Off Their Beautiful Maternity Photos!
Parents-to-be Chad Duell (Michael, GENERAL HOSPITAL) and Luana Lucci are joyfully embracing their journey to becoming dad and mom. And the latest stop on their road to parenthood was doing a gorgeous maternity photo shoot on the beach!
The GH star wore a white T-shirt and cream-colored pants while his partner was dressed in a two-piece ensemble of a long, sheer white skirt with a sweet floral lace pattern and a sheer fly-away top that opened to expose her baby bump. Photographer Laini snapped the couple running on the beach, Duell cradling Lucci’s stomach, the pair sharing a kiss, the expectant parents sitting in the sand looking at their son’s sonogram pictures, and Duell kissing her belly.
“We are thrilled that we are getting a precious addition to our lives,” Duell captioned a carousel of images from the maternity shoot. “Though surprising, we’re embracing this blessing wholeheartedly. We’re ready for the ups and downs, the sleepless nights, and the immeasurable love that awaits us.”
Duell and Lucci announced in March that they were expecting their first child together. Sharing photos from their gender reveal, Duell confirmed that he and his partner would welcome a son in September. In the months since then, Duell and Lucci have documented her pregnancy on social media, sharing photos from their ultrasound appointment and Lucci opening up about the medical complications she’s encountered. Duell even confessed that his son was the answer to his prayers during a State of Mind chat with Maurice Benard (Sonny).
“This sweet baby of ours was made with an overflowing amount of love, reflecting the deep connection between me and my partner,” Lucci added in a post of her own. We are so excited to embark on this incredible adventure together, making beautiful memories, and navigating the highs and lows of parenthood hand in hand.”
Concluding his post, Duell echoed his girlfriend’s words. “Our hearts are already overflowing with excitement as we eagerly await the arrival of our little miracle.”
