Watch a Deleted Scene From GH Where Nina Realizes She and Nelle Are Connected

With GENERAL HOSPITAL unfortunately preempted for baseball on ABC for most of the week, the network has been trying to appease fans with some special treats. First came some hilarious bloopers, and now a deleted scene where Nina discusses how alike she and Nelle really are.

Sitting in the Metro Court while volunteering at the 2020 Nurses Ball, Nina opens up to Jax about how she kind of understands Nelle feeling the need to kidnap her own baby. Recounting her own traumatic past where she awoke from her coma to be told her baby had died, Nina reminds her beau how she drugged Ava and stole her newborn daughter.

While the scene isn’t crucial to the storyline, likely why it was cut for time, it does establish a link between Nina and Nelle that’s very intriguing. Given Nina’s current search for the child she had been told was never born, and the heart-shaped necklaces both she and Nelle possess, many GH fans are convinced that they are mother and daughter. So it would definitely make sense that they would have a lot in common… even if that includes abducting babies!
