GENERAL HOSPITAL Doesn’t Want Anyone to Miss Its Big Return!
Ever since the pandemic forced it to suspend production and air reruns, fans have wondered when is GENERAL HOSPITAL returning with new episodes? Well, the answer to that burning question is Monday, August 3, and the soap has been eager to make sure that fans know to tune in with a series of promos they’ve been sharing all over social media!
First, there was the main commercial ABC released to get viewers excited for brand-new episodes of GH to return to the air, and then they released one with the actors speaking personally to the fans, urging them to make sure to tune in so they don’t miss a moment of the drama! “So get ready,” Maurice Benard (Sonny) teases, before Laura Wright (Carly) adds, “for the biggest shockers yet!”
There’s also another variation on that promo that features slightly different footage and some different actors cut into the ad, like Kelly Monaco (Sam) and Leslie Charleson (Monica).
Then ABC released a quick clip where James Patrick Stuart (Valentin) approaches Wright on the Metro Court set and asks if she knew GH was back in production. She assures him she did, and then looks up from her phone to announce the date they’ll be back on the air with new episodse as she laughs at Stuart, who is grinning widely as he cheers, “It’s gonna be great!”
ABC is doing everything it can to make sure that everyone knows to tune in on Monday, August 3, for brand new episodes of GH so make sure you tell your friends because nobody’s going to want to miss out on what happens next!
