General Hospital Recaps: Alexis Was Arrested for Murder!
A lot can happen in a day in Port Charles, so it can be easy to get lost. If you’ve missed anything that happened over the week of Sept. 9, 2024, our General Hospital weekly recaps will help get you back up to speed in no time!
Alexis tried to get Kristina and Molly to talk to each other but all they did was fight more. Michael took Kristina over to Sonny’s where they found Anna questioning him about the gun missing from his lockbox. Diane stoped Anna from taking Jason down to the station and sent her packing. After the cops left, Kristina admitted to Sonny she took his gun and Alexis disposed of it. (Meanwhile, Jason was disposing of the actual murder weapon!) Alexis tried to talk Molly around but she was tired of her always siding with Kristina. When Kristina and Michael came back, Molly told them Alexis had been taken for questioning and immediately realized that Kristina was hiding something. She told TJ she was going to clear her mother’s name and prove Kristina killed Jagger and later went to the station to tell Dex that her sister had no alibi and a motive to kill Cates. Worried about Sonny dragging Carly down with him, Josslyn went to Michael for help but he was not sad Jagger was dead and warned her she should keep quiet. Joss couldn’t believe Michael had repaired his relationship with Sonny. Diane warned Sonny Alexis could go down for his crime and he had to do something about it. After the police questioned Kristina again, she and Michael realized Molly likely mentioned her weak alibi. Sonny checked in with Alexis, who assumed he was the one who killed Jagger, but when Mac arrived to make an arrest, it was Alexis he cuffed and took away!
Getting Lucky!
After Sidwell went to check out the mine, Lucky asked Holly to help him escape, but she offered to cut him in on the diamonds, expecting the biggest score of her life. One of Sidwell’s men said the mine was dry and after shooting him dead for stealing diamonds, Sidwell wondered if he should take Lucky with them. Jordan stopped Sidwell’s man from injecting Isaiah and thwarted his escape. As Liz checked on Isaiah, he started awake and said Lucky’s name. When TJ examined him, he realized Isaiah was a doctor. Anna questioned him and Isaiah explained how he’d been abducted by a crime boss to treat his miners and Lucky helped him escape but was still trapped there himself. When Isaiah mentioned he was supposed to contact the WSB, Carly immediately alerted Brennan to the situation. After Anna was unable to get more out of Isaiah, Jordan chatted him up and he clearly didn’t want to talk about his past. When Brennan learned Sidwell had abandoned his compound, Carly begged him to keep trying to find Lucky. Jason warned Carly to stay away from Brennan, but she insisted she would do whatever it took to help Lulu, including convincing Jason to go to Africa to bring Lucky home. They tried to get more out of Isaiah, and he told them Sidwell’s weak spot was his girlfriend, who he called “English.” After Anna got him to give her Lucky’s location, Brennan passed it along to Jason, so the pair ended up on the same flight to Africa.
Chase and Brook Lynn Talked Babies
Sasha threw a brunch for the Scorpio family during which James innocently exposed Cody and Sasha’s relationship. After a Deception meeting where everyone was stunned by Lois’ new voice, Brook Lynn opened up to her mother about the idea of her and Chase having a baby. Maxie joined her family and Tracy was annoyed that Sasha and Cody overstepped with the meal so Mac stood up for his son. Felicia suggested that Tracy and Cody had become friends, and she might be jealous of Sasha, so Mac decided he’d find his son a new job and home. Tracy returned to the house to hear Brook Lynn talking about having a baby, and when Chase interrupted, he thought she was pregnant. She said she wasn’t but would like to be and he assuaged her worries by reminding her that they would only have to take care of Violet for another month until Finn got out of rehab.
Elsewhere in Port Charles…
Curtis grew worried about Portia’s obsession with Heather’s bloodwork and making her pay for her crimes. Ric thanked Curtis and his family for being there for Molly and Curtis wondered how he could take Heather’s case. Ric assured him it was only a civil case against the manufacturer of the faulty hip replacement, not a criminal one. Drew could see Jordan was distracted thinking about the John Doe in the hospital but she insisted on helping him with his election prep. Nina asked Ric again to represent Ava but he didn’t want to upset Molly by taking the case. She shared the bad news with Ava, but after talking with Molly, Ric showed up at the gallery to tell Ava he would represent her as long as she was telling the truth.
