GH Spoilers 9/9/21: Sonny Declares: "I Know Who I Was"

The action isn’t slowing down for a second in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Curtis tries to rescue Jordan and Portia, Austin has a serious talk with Ned, Maxie doesn’t trust Brook Lynn, Carly and Jason consider calling off the wedding, and Nina begs for another chance as Sonny makes a startling declaration!

“Jordan, answer me!” Curtis shouts as he re-enters the house looking for the commissioner. And down in the basement where a gas leak continues to spread, Jordan lays unconscious as Portia bangs on the locked door. “Somebody help!” she screams desperately. Can Curtis find the pair and get them out in time?

At the hospital, Austin shares some concerns he has about Leo with Ned. “I have observed some behaviors that warrant some attention,” the doctor reports. But since Ned already doesn’t trust Austin for trying to take his part of the Quartermaine fortune, will he listen to his medical advice?

Maxie and Brook Lynn became partners in crime when they agreed to a baby swap to protect Louise from Peter but now it appears their scheme is on the verge of unraveling. “Are you trying to set me up?” Maxie asks her. Without trust, how much longer can they keep this up?

Carly wasn’t exactly a runaway bride but disappearing on her wedding day wasn’t exactly a good sign, even if Jason knew exactly where to find her. “If you think we shouldn’t get married,” he assures his friend, “then we shouldn’t do it.” But is it already too late to call it off?

With Jax threatening to blow up her house of cards in Nixon Falls, Nina begs him to reconsider. “Can you just do this one last thing for me?” she begs with tears in her eyes. Because Sonny has settled into his new life as “Mike” so deeply that who knows how he will react to learn the truth about himself? “I know who I was,” he declares, “but I know who I am now.”
