GH Spoilers 4/14/23: Spencer Makes a Desperate Move!

Now that Willow has decided she wants to marry Michael in case she doesn’t survive long enough to get her life-saving bone marrow transplant, Sasha and Brook Lynn has promised to help make her dream wedding a reality. But it’s very short notice! “I have a critical mission for you,” Brook Lynn informs someone over the phone. “And you have to accept it.”

At the gym, Chase shares the latest with his father, who doesn’t understand why he’s not more excited. “That’s good news, right?” Gregory asks, confused. Meanwhile, Sam worries that her mother’s determination could backfire on her. “Why can’t you just let this go?” she asks Alexis.

At the hospital, Jordan is trying to locate Victor Cassadine and his hostages before it’s too late, and everyone is eager to help. But will too many cooks spoil the soup? “Believe me,” Curtis assures her. “He will not see me coming.”

On The Haunted Star, Victor warns that anyone trying to move against him would be a terrible mistake. “The consequences will be… dire.” Trina planned to take advantage of Spencer creating a diversion so she could get into the radio room, but it seems they didn’t think beyond that. “Now what?” she worries. Was she able to call her mother? Because back in Port Charles, Portia is on her phone frantically promising: “Help is on the way!”

Learning that Victor’s master plan was to save the planet by releasing a pathogen that would kill enough people to lower the world’s population to a manageable level, Spencer knew he had to be stopped. And with Obrecht along to help create an antidote to protect those Victor considers worthy, she’s a crucial part of his scheme. So Spencer grabs a knife and holds it to Obrecht’s throat! “No Obrecht,” he shouts, “no plan!” Can he thwart Victor or will his actions only make things worse?
