GH Spoilers 4/20/22: Alexis Demands the Truth From Harmony!

The truth will set you free in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers… or will it? Laura has a warning for someone, Esme questions Nikolas’s behavior, Cameron presses Spencer to come clean, Nina has news for Ava, Carly hopes Sam can help, Sonny feels confident, and Alexis demands Harmony tell her what’s really going on!

As Mayor of Port Charles, Laura has her finger in a lot of pies. So when she tells someone, “You are suspect number one,” who is she talking to? And is there anything she can do to help them?

At Wyndemere, Esme is a little taken aback by Nikolas’ adjustment in attitude. “You’ve… changed your mind about me?” she asks nervously. Can Nik keep stringing her along like Spencer is until the schemer finally slips up and incriminates herself? Because over at Kelly’s, Cameron is getting tired of keeping Spencer’s secret because it’s creating tension between them and Joss and Trina. “If you won’t tell them,” Cam warns his friend, “then I will.”

Ava sits down with Nina and wonders what’s up. “What’s this big news you texted me about?” she asks her. But is the news Nina has to share good or bad?

Carly is eager to help her daughter by clearing Trina’s name and proving Esme was the one who recorded and leaked the sex tape, but she needs help doing it. “Was there anything that could help Trina?” she asks Sam. But did Sam learn anything helpful in her brief glimpse at Dante’s phone? Because she’s not going to be able to get near it again!

Sonny is through being perceived as weak and is determined to reassert his position of power as the head of the Corinthos crime family in Port Charles. “Case closed,” he declares confidently. “That’s it.”

Ever since she let Harmony move into her home, Alexis has begun questioning the stories her friend tells her. And now she’s extra suspicious as Harmony is acting extra twitchy and tightly clutching her bag (which still contains the file on her she stole from Brendan after she killed him!). “Who are you terrified of?” Alexis asks her.
