General Hospital Spoilers 4/21/23: Is Gladys Leaving?

You can’t run away from your problems in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Cody opens up to Brook Lynn as Sasha questions Gladys about her plans, Drew explores his past, Alexis prays for a miracle, Laura has hope, and Dante asks Sonny about his future with Nina.

Cody knows that Gladys set him up for stealing the bracelet at the Nurses Ball because he knows about how she’s been stealing Sasha’s money to cover her gambling debts. But as he admits to Brook Lynn, it’s going to be hard to expose Gladys without hurting Sasha in the process. “She’s the last person in the world I’d want to hurt,” he confesses. Meanwhile, Sasha is stunned to learn that Gladys is planning to leave Port Charles. “Is there some other reason you want to leave town?” she wonders. Can Gladys keep her in the dark?

Drew told Curtis that he didn’t remember anything about Project Demeter or why Victor was so interested in it. However, he suddenly had an idea of where they could go for more information. “The key to finding Trina might be in one of these boxes,” Drew informs his pal. Will they find a clue in time?

Although shaken by Gregory’s confession that he is suffering from ALS, Alexis isn’t quite ready to give up hope. At the hospital, she approaches TJ in the hopes that he might be able to tell her something different than Gregory’s doctors have told him. “Is there any hope?” she asks.

Laura is desperate to rescue Spencer, Trina, Ace, and Obrecht while stopping Victor in his tracks, and is willing to accept help from any and all allies at this point. “Maybe you know more than you realize,” she suggests to someone. Can they help?

Dante checks in with Sonny and learns that he’s been invited to attend Michael and Willow’s wedding but without Nina as his plus one since Willow still wants her nowhere near her. “What is that gonna do to your and Nina’s relationship?” Dante asks his father. That’s the $10,000 question, isn’t it?
