General Hospital Spoilers 4/27/23: Nina's Big Mistake!

It’s going to be a big day in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! The Quartermaine and Corinthos families join together as Michael and Willow prepare to exchange vows. But when Ava learns what Nina has done, she warns it could destroy her future with Sonny!

Tracy has been catching up on all the drama she missed while she’s been away, and she’s also already stirring the pot! “Chase!” she exclaims when Brook Lynn introduces him to her. “The young man you’ve been hiding from.” Awkward! (And Chase probably won’t react well when he finds out that Brook Lynn called in a favor from Tracy to get him reinstated as a police officer!)

Dante checks on Michael, who does appear to be a little nervous as he prepares to walk down the aisle. “This is the happiest day of my life,” the groom insists. Although Maxie is a little concerned that her wedding plans are falling apart. “Have either of you heard from Willow?” she asks Ned and Olivia in the kitchen.

Willow also needs a little bit of a boost as she worries that she and Michael may not life happily ever after because she may not have much time left. But Carly is there to lift her spirits. “Today is the only day we get,” she declares. “Shouldn’t we make it the best one?”

At Willow’s invitation, Sonny has arrived at his son’s wedding, though things remain strained between him and Michael. However, Kristina is happy to see her dad, and Sonny is delighted to be included in the family. “Are you excited about the wedding?” he asks Wiley as he gives the boy a hug. The kid looks up at his grandfather and happily responds: “Oh yeah!”

However, Nina has just lit the fuse on a bomb that could potentially destroy everything! Admitting to Ava that she spoke to Martin about contacting the SEC to turn Carly and Drew in for insider trading, Nina’s desire to make Carly pay could backfire spectacularly. She’s told the attorney she wants her name kept out of it, but if anyone discovers she’s the one who tipped off the SEC, it’s all over! “If this comes out,” Ava warns her friend, “it is the end of you and Sonny.”
