General Hospital Spoilers 8/10/22: Why Does Cody Hate Scott?

Be ready for anything in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Anna corners Martin, Drew has an offer for Valentin, Alexis warns Nikolas, Dante has good news for Spencer, Spinelli opens up to Maxie, Ava cautions Nina to slow down, Sonny gets ready, and Cody confronts Scott!

Anna wants to know what Valentin is keeping from her, and since he’s not going to tell her anything, she decides to see what his lawyer is willing to give up! “Sit down,” she urges Martin, “and let’s get to the main event.” Meanwhile, over at the Metro Court, Drew approaches Valentin with an offer. “You’ve piqued my curiosity,” the Cassadine admits.

Nikolas’ life is basically falling apart right now, and Alexis is a little worried about her cousin. “I would watch your back,” she urges. Oh, she doesn’t know the half of it!

Spencer remains behind bars, but Dante visits him in the interrogation room with some potentially good news. “Your situation may be improving,” he informs the young man.

GH spinelli Maxie — Can Maxie get through to Spinelli?ABC

Maxie has been worried about Spinelli’s behavior recently, as keeping his involvement in Society Setups a secret is really stressing him out. And while she’s currently dating Austin, Maxie and Spinelli will always have a strong connection between them so she tries getting him to open up. “Some words were never meant to be spoken,” Spinelli confesses.

Nina finds Ava drinking at the Metro Court bar, and it seems like she’s happy to share the good news that she and Sonny are deciding to make a go of their relationship. “Don’t congratulate yourself too soon,” Ava warns. Meanwhile, Sonny is preparing for the next step. “Let’s get you ready,” he tells someone.

Britt and Obrecht were completely stunned when they introduced Cody to Scott and the stuntman hauled off and punched the attorney in the face as soon as he realized who he is! “This has been a long time coming!” Cody shouts as everyone reels. What is the connection between the two men and what is the conflict?
