General Hospital Spoilers 8/12/22: Can Portia Save Trina?

The future is in question in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Dante questions Cody as Britt, Obrecht, and Scott discuss his story, Jordan is unsure of Rory, TJ has bad news for Trina, and Portia is desperate to do whatever it takes to keep her daughter from going to prison!

After Cody punched Scott at the pool, Dante was forced to arrest his childhood pal. And now, in the interrogation room, the cop asks: “Are you mad at Scott Baldwin or are you mad at your mother?”

Meanwhile, Britt, Obrecht, and Scott have moved to Charlie’s Pub to process Cody’s claim that he is Dominique Stanton’s son. Britt, who knows Cody the best out of all of them, is naturally suspicious. “So what if none of the story is true?” she questions. And Obrecht wonders if Dominique was keeping secrets from her beau all those years ago. “Perhaps you didn’t know her as well as you thought,” she suggests.

At the hospital, Jordan has assigned Rory to guard Oz’s room, but as he’s emotionally involved with Trina, she worries that could affect his objectivity as an officer. “Can you put your badge above Trina Robinson?” Jordan asks. If push comes to shove, which way will Rory turn?

Trina is already freaking out at the news that the jury in her trial is expected to be back any minute now, so she’s understandably on edge when TJ stops to possibly make things worse. “I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news,” the doc admits sadly.

With time running out and Esme nowhere to be found, Portia is convinced that the only way to exonerate Trina is to bring Oz out of his coma so he can reveal the truth… even if it might kill him and cost the doctor her medical license! “If I wanna save Trina, I have to wake Oz up now!” she tells Curtis. But does he still think this is the right course of action?
