General Hospital 8/22/23: Ava Fears the Worst!

The tension is rising in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Finn rattles Alexis, Gregory finally asks for help, Willow tries to make herself useful, Anna stands up to Dante, Carly worries about Drew, and Austin tries to reassure Ava but she’s not having it!

After speaking up at an AA meeting, Finn later realizes that Alexis was also in attendance. “I’m guessing you heard my share,” he notes. Alexis responds: “Loud and clear.” But what, exactly, did he open up about?

Perhaps it was dealing with the news that his father has ALS because now that the truth is out, Gregory heads to the hospital to get everything set up for managing his symptoms as they continue to deteriorate. “I know I’ll be needing all the help I can get,” Gregory admits.

Speaking of help, Willow has been getting a lot of it from everyone around her as she recovers, but now she’s feeling well enough to turn the tables. “I’m here to see if there’s any way I can help you,” she tells someone.

When Dante shares his own suspicions about Valentin, Anna shuts him down. “I won’t allow you to take away the one thing I have left,” she protests. But does Anna really trust Valentin herself?

Now that Drew is out of solitary, Carly is able to visit him again at Pentonville. However, she’s not liking what he’s telling her. “How can you just walk away?” she asks him. But will she like his answer?

With Sonny having set up Betty so they can figure out who’s pulling the strings from Pautauk, Austin tries to reassure Ava that everything is going to be okay now. Unfortunately, she’s not quite convinced. “How, exactly, is everything under control?” Ava asks nervously. Could this plan blow up in their faces?
