GENERAL HOSPITAL Spoilers 12/11/20: Julian Needs Help!

Get ready for big Friday cliffhangers in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Tracy tries to do damage control, Nikolas has a surprise for Ava, Dante asks for help, Scott confronts Obrecht, Carly and Sam have a heart-to-heart, and Julian goes looking for a friend while Sonny and Jason are hot on his trail!

Having interrupted Alexis’ argument with Olivia, Tracy attempts to do damage control. “We want to offer you a job,” she declares. But can Tracy really convince Alexis to keep her mouth shut about sleeping with Ned?

Now that Ava and Nikolas have finally admitted their feelings for each other, you’d think the couple would finally be able to settle down into their marriage, but these two know how to keep things interesting! “I have a surprise for you,” Nik tells her over dinner at the Metro Court. A good surprise or a bad surprise?

Dante is clearly not well, but he’s completely unaware of the conditioning he’s undergone. So when he confides in his mother to admit, “I need help,” he’s unlikely to be asking for the real help that he so desperately needs.

As Franco continues to talk to Dr. Kirk about his condition, Scotty demands some answers from Obrecht about why she’s in this WSB facility in Switzerland instead of in prison where everyone thought she was! “How come nobody in Port Charles knows about that?” he asks. Can she come up with a cover story that will appease him?

Sam has been struggling with her decision to distance herself and her children from Jason in order to protect them from his dangerous life, and Carly understands her concerns. “Jason hasn’t changed,” she notes. “You have.” Can she help Sam come to terms with her heartbreaking decision?

On the run after setting off the bomb at the Floating Rib, Julian attempts to locate a friendly face. Through the crack of a barely-open apartment door, he tells someone, “I’m looking for a friend. Dr. Kim Nero.” Meanwhile, Sonny and Jason are in hot pursuit, though Jason has other things besides revenge on his mind. “I let this happen,” he admits before slamming his hands against the steering wheel in anger.
